Paul Wallace had been involved with Country North, NSW and Australian Police sides for the past fifteen years. After humbly approaching the NSWPRL Country team at Narrabeen in 2006, he asked to “Help out“. Little did we know he was an NRL trainer with the Newcastle Knights. Paul’s experience, passion for NSWPRL and expertise catapulted him to the ‘Head Trainer’ with all the Police teams from then on, he availed himself with. Paul, or ‘Wal’ as most of us call him, brought a professionalism to Police Rugby League we had not had in the past, regarding, training methods, injury management, warm-ups, warm-downs and recovery. Paul is a huge loss, but has indicated he will stay on with the Country North team. Thanks Paul for your unbelievable service to the NSWPRL.
David Cox has been involved with the Manly PRL team, City and Country PRL team, NSW and Australian PRL teams. He is a great player and leader on and off the field and brought humour and mateship to all of the teams he has been involved in. We hope to see ‘Coxy’ in a yellow shirt or somewhere in the coaching staff in the coming years. Thanks David for your fantastic service to the NSWPRL.
James Gray has been involved with the Eastern Suburbs Wombats, the Country and NSWPRL teams. James, is a great utility forward with a big heart which he wears on his sleeve. He has made a great contribution to all of the mentioned teams he has been involved with and we thank James for his fantastic service to the NSWPRL.
