One of our former NSWPRL footballers Chris Lambert recently passed away. Chris who was known to many as ‘Rambo’ played for the Newtown Police team in 1983 and 1984. Sadly his son Matthew was killed in Afghanistan was serving with the 2RAR. Rest in peace Chris, your character and humour will be greatly missed.Newtown Police team 1983
