NSWRL State Squad 2007
The NSWPRL went into camp at the Gold Coast in an effort to defeat the Queensland PRL team in 2007. Captained by Brad Reh, the side trained each day at the Runaway Bay Sports Centre. The team were housed at the Vibe Hotel, next door to the Titanium Bar. On match day a traditional Gary Heskett speech fired the team up for the game to be played at Carrara Stadium, as a curtain raiser to the Titans verses Parramatta game. The NSW jumpers were presented to the players by former Penrith and Cronulla NRL player, Martin Lang. The slick NSW side disposed of their Queensland counterparts by 40 points to six.
