The mighty Eels were too strong for the gallant Bankstown Giants, winning a spectacular Grand Final at the Newcastle Sports Ground 22 points to 6. Coached by long serving player and captain coach Anton Sahyoun, the Eels were too slippery for the Giants who were spirited in defeat. A credit to both teams and all the others who participated in a five-day carnival without any breaks. The concept is a war of attrition and the Eels stood tall on this occasion. Again we thank all the players, coaches, trainers, managers, referees sponsors and the fantastic fans who provided the Newcastle sports ground with great atmosphere.

The victorious Parramatta Eels 2025, well done men.
