Congratulations to a fantastic NSWPRL footballer Scott Swain who was inducted as the first Life Member of the Country North Cowboys.

Swainy arrived at the Narrabeen Carnival and played with the victorious combined country team in 2007.

Since 2007, Swainy has been a player, organiser, coach, manager and chief bottle washer with the Country North Cowboys, (also called the Kangaroos for one year). He has also been manager and player for the Country representative teams. He epitomises what country rugby league is all about; passion, mateship, spirit and a never give in attitude. Congratulations to this great man and we hope he continues his association with the Cowboys and the NSWPRL, and best of luck for the future.
