This years semi-finals were held at Cabramatta Stadium. One minutes silence preceded the games as a mark of respect to our fallen Queensland Police brother Brett Forte. The NSWPRL raised $2500 to donate to Brett’s family.
Last years premiers Manly were defeated by Parramatta to the tune of 42 points to 6.
The new boys on the block the Illawarra Steelers defeated the Macarthur Bulls by 42 points to 7. Macathur Bulls bravely stepped up to participate in this semi-final after the Easts Wombat’s failed to field a team.
